Tracy Harris is a strategic experienced C suite executive, seasoned CFO. SEC Qualified Audit Committee Financial Expert, Board Finance & Investment, and Nominating Committee Member, and Audit Chair.   A results-oriented leader who understands business well beyond the numbers, she deftly advises multi-billion-dollar organizations on growth strategy, financing, and operational transformation. Tracy’s strong governance and expertise deliver financial turnarounds, scales for growth, and mitigates risk while maintaining accountability to finance, accounting, audit, tax, and banking relationships.

As a Board member serving on the Audit and Nominating Committees of publicly traded 1847 Holdings LLC (OTC: EFSH), Tracy advises on finance, internal controls, and ESG regulations. Utilizing her expertise across credit, risk management, and finance she guides boards to accelerate growth, enhance profitability, and achieve business goals while remaining focused on employee culture and building inclusive communities.

Notably, as a member of the $12.1B CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield Board, Tracy provides expertise on strategy, risk management, and long-term growth while also serving on Finance and Audit Committees. She evaluates and advises on the RBC investment portfolio and a $500M multi-year technology transformation initiative, as well as a corporate real estate realignment to support the new hybrid work model. Tracy also guides the strategic direction, evaluates investments, and sets Board governance policy for the District of Columbia Retirement Board’s $11B public pension fund, where she is the Audit Committee Chair.
