Served as senior-most communications executive for KPMG Consulting, BearingPoint and CSC responsible for global media relations, analyst relations, internal communications and corporate responsibility. Involved in execution of corporate strategy and change management initiatives.
Describe your key business transactional experience:
I have worked with Executive Teams and Boards of Directors going through the IPO process, financing, M&A activity, divestitures, shareholder activism and lawsuits, and transition of listing exchanges (NASDAQ to NYSE).

Understanding the need for speed, accuracy, consistency and clarity in stakeholder communications to describe or explain corporate events, planned or unplanned, positive or negative.
