Describe your industry experience:
Nikki is an exceptional global product management and marketing executive with more than fifteen years’ experience in emerging and transforming market segments including IP Telecommunications, Networking, IP Call Centers, SaaS, Government Contracting, and Construction Management.  She has developed and launched ground breaking, disruptive SaaS and Mobile applications totaling over $600M in revenue.

She has been instrumental at startups to Fortune 500 companies in defining their business and go to market strategy.  Companies include Going Green Today, Broadsoft, Deltek, Cisco Systems, and Textura.

Describe your functional experience:
As the Vice President of Product Management at Textura, Nikki is responsible for the product management, engineering, and production support of Textura’s construction field management solution.  She manages a global team of forty-five employees.   Prior illustrative experience includes Director of Product Management at Deltek, Director of Product Marketing at Deltek, Product Line Manager at Avaya, and Senior Product Manager at Cisco Systems.  She excels at determining areas of efficiencies and implementing processes to significantly improve development velocity, go to market timelines, and increasing year over year revenues.  She often presents business strategies to executive management to influence product roadmap and product release strategy.

Describe your key business transactional experience:
Nikki built and presented a business plan to the CEO and executive management to purchase SIRA.  Deltek executive team then greenlighted the acquisition.  Nikki then lead the due diligence, acquisition, and integration of SIRA into Deltek.  This resulted in over $10M per year in new revenue stream.

What is the most important skill you bring to a corporate board?
Nikki has proven experience building winning go to market strategies that have resulted in increasing company revenue and market share. She can help boards develop and evaluate disruptive strategies to transform saturated industries and create new market segments.  She has managed global teams and understands how awareness of cultural norms and history are critical to business success. Nikki has recommended acquisition targets and has experience in M&A due diligence and integration processes.
