I have the deepest knowledge in the Telecommunications industry with a focus on satellite communications. Other industry experience include GovCon, hospitality, utility and services.
Functional Experience:
- Currently serving as the CFO at Opus Group, LLC, a fast growing, award winning management and IT consulting firm doing business with the state, local and federal government.
- Previously served as CFO of Airbus Defense and Space subsidiary, Astrium Services Government a leading operator of customized and secure end-to-end satellite communications services.
Key Business Transactional Experience:
- I was recruited to create a finance organization of a company that was spun off from Lockheed Martin. Since that spun off the same company was sold multiple times. Each time we realigned company’s financial requirements with corporate strategy.
- Deep experience in mergers, acquisitions and divesture from both as the acquirer and the acquisition target.
- Led successful accounting system conversion at various companies –Microsoft Dynamics AX, Deltek Costpoint and Deltek GCS
