Provides executive management over the administration of two not-for-profit programs (the High Cost Program and the Low Income Program) that disburse over $6 billion annually with an annual direct expense budget of  $20 million.  Responsibilities include overall management of the programs including program administration, information technology development, and resource development and mentoring.

Key Business Transactional Experience:
In a prior company, I was involved in the Chapter 11 filing that included supporting the CFO in determining which vendors should be paid and timing of those payments during Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

  • Extensive financial and operations experience in both the private and not-for-profit sectors.
  • Good overall business acumen.
  • Implementing strategic initiatives within required timeframes.
  • Understanding budgeting as well as balance sheets and expenses.
