Industry Experience:
Ms Seifert’s years of commercial consulting experience have allowed her to see the inner workings of numerous industries of varying sizes particularly in the areas of finance, utilities, life sciences, retail, manufacturing, and engineering. Additionally, prior to returning to consulting, Ms Seifert spent five years in the transportation and logistics industry. She has had the opportunity to understand the regulatory environment for each of these industries on a global scale.
Functional Experience:
As a member of the management team in a global cloud software engineering firm, Ms Seifert oversees a portfolio of projects ranging from customers in North America , Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Her responsibilities include assessing customer needs, defining project budgets, establishing statements of work, sourcing talent across divisions, and serving as a senior-level customer relationship manager. Ms Seifert is consulted for sales presentations for pipeline of new and follow-on business contracts. Most recently, Ms Seifert was asked to oversee the internal implementation of a suite of products that will transform human talent management for her organization. Prior to her current position, she was recognized as a high-potential leader, selected for a highly competitive management development program, and appointed to multiple cross-functional business task forces involved in integrating products/services and operations from acquired companies, and sustaining regulatory compliance.
Key Business Transactional Experience:
Ms Seifert has managed budgets from tens of thousands to million of dollars. She has also managed budgets of non-profits and commercial activities.

Ms Seifert excels at simplifying the complex, traversing from the strategic to the tactical and back. She is valued for integrity, transparent communications, trust-based relationship building, quick effective problem-solving, and ability to “get things done” by engaging multiple stakeholders on common goals, objectives and outcomes.
