Vice President of Marketing and Communications for publicly traded $500 million firm; Director of Sales and Business Development for $300 million ESOP (employee-owned) firm; Vice President of Marketing and Partner Alliances for $100 million privately held technology firm.  Associate Editor for regional entertainment publication (Showbiz Magazine in Las Vegas) with circulation exceeding 800,000.  Have managed employee teams ranging in size from 2-15 in marketing, sales and business development.  Have managed editorial and advertising teams of 5-15 people.  Extensive experience in advertising sales and delivery.

Key Business Transactional Experience:

Served on acquisition and due diligence committees at both General Physics and American Systems Corporation.  Participated in IPO at General Physics.  Handled the PR for the IPO, as well as ongoing communications such as the Corporate Annual Report. Participated in 3 acquisitions at American Systems.  I also have extensive international marketing and sales experience, having traveled to and worked in more than 20 countries as part of my duties for an international biometrics software firm heavily involved in border management and homeland security.

What is the most important skill you bring to a corporate board? 
My diverse industry background combined with my international experience and my ability to gather, compile and access market research data makes me particularly skilled in new product launches, expansion to new markets and accessing acquisition candidates.
