What is the most important skill you bring to a corporate board?
Being recognized as a problem solver is essential in order to succeed in this industry, and I credit the ability to think ahead of the problem along with a constant solution-centered perspective as key to my success. You cannot just maintain the status quo and expect to advance in government contracting. You must anticipate and plan for issues such as new regulations, budgetary constraints, politics, market forces, and national/global events among a myriad other factors. You must prepare for what’s next.
