What is the most important skill you bring to a corporate board?
Above all, I bring an open, curious and practical mind; I am not afraid to make decisions.  I have a deep understanding of the oversight role that boards play and the difference between the roles of management, the board of directors and other outside experts. I understand the operational imperative, can offer a legal perspective infused with a practical mindset.  I enjoy building consensus and overall, I am excited by the prospect of playing a useful role in building a strong and successful company.
I have completed the NACD’s Director Professional course and participate in the DC chapter activities.
