Functional Experience:

  • CEO of Intelleva Inc. – Started and run my own consulting company. Here I have had the unique opportunity of building my brand and ensuring that we are that small business firm that always delivers technical solutions most relevant to business and that provide a high return on investment.  In this role, I built key relationships and helped the firm build key teaming relationships with industry leaders such as Booz Allen Hamilton and BAE Systems. Under my leadership we have seen a year on year 25% growth in revenue and have a growing customer base that spans Federal, Local and Commercial Clients.
  • Chief Technology Officer and Member, Board of Advisors for Pristine Environments, Inc. – Pristine is an emerging leader in building and facilities maintenance with a national footprint and over $45 million dollars in revenue annually. Here, I work with the CEO and other senior members to help the organization craft its IT investment strategy to ensure that they have the right tools and technologies in place to help them grow and ensure that technology serves as an enabler for greater business success.
  • Manager at Deloitte Consulting – While at Deloitte Consulting, I supported the Department of Navy – Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) PMO by leading a team that developed and applied management best practices to validate network assets accounting for $80 million deployed across hundreds of locations.  My team built asset management best practices, conducted detailed product end of life analysis and the related impact on asset valuation which help the Navy clearly understand their environment – their critical resources, where they had duplicate assets and underutilized assets.
  • Associate and Booz Allen Hamilton – During my tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton, I supported the MILSATCOM Joint Terminal Engineering Office, by providing terminal systems engineering and integration expertise to the multi-billion dollar Transformational Satellite (TSAT) Program and assessed the impact of transitioning to IPv6.  Here I managed a $1.4 million dollar contract, lead a my team in developing white papers, publishing leading technology papers and helping provide design expertise to the Government.
  • Additionally, I was also the lead author for a technical paper – https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/freeabs_all.jsp?arnumber=4455337
