What is the most important skill you bring to a corporate board?
The ability to provide strategic thoughts to solve complex human resources problems confronting government, commercial and nonprofit organizations. I’ve been able to integrate best practices into programs of instruction within a diverse workforce platform. Additionally, my experience in organizational management can help aid in the process of organizing, planning and controlling resources within an organization to meet its overall objectives.
