Describe your key business transactional experience:  
In current role, advise CEO’s on strategic planning to maximize growth, preparation for seeking minority investment and explore, asses and present all available exit and investment options.  Springer Lawson performs enterprise-wide corporate and operational health assessments and provides preparation guidance for a company planning to exit in about 3 -5 years.

As GCS CEO, led GCS through a  formal M&A process and ensured its  successful ownership transition to an private equity company buyer with no earnout.

What is the most important skill you bring to a corporate board?
As a seasoned and energetic  business veteran who personally experienced the major growing pains of running of a successful business, have strong understanding of complex business models, interrelationships, and issues and offer thought leadership and assistance in a collegial, team setting. In addition to those areas, have many years experience pivoting, leveraging and growing businesses in service, solutions and products for multiple clients. Have broad management and building teams experience  in BD, HR, Operations, Talent Management, Accounting, infrastructure build, FSO activities and creative client specific solutioning.
