Springer Lawson performs enterprise-wide corporate and operational health assessments and provides preparation guidance for a company planning to exit in about 3 -5 years.
As GCS CEO, led GCS through a formal M&A process and ensured its successful ownership transition to an private equity company buyer with no earnout.
